01Certification guarantee
If the piece you receive does not match its issued laboratory certificate — type, treatment, variety or grade — we refund in full on return, with no time limit and no argument.
02Change of mind
Fixed-price pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the seal is intact and all documents are returned with the piece.
Private-sale (negotiated) pieces are final sale unless the certificate is proven inaccurate.
03How to return
Contact your concierge before dispatch; we arrange insured collection and refund within 3 business days of receipt and inspection.
